Tswet & Nernst Prize
EuSSS will award two distinguished scientists with the Tswet & Nernst
prize on Science for Life.

EuSSS Award to a young scientist
During ISC2010 in Valencia EuSSS will give one award to a scientist under
35 years old who has made leading contributions to chromatography and
related techniques. Young attendats who would like to qualify for this
award please send a CV and their submitted abstract to

Prize to the best oral communication (1000 euros)
· Prize to the second best oral communication (500 euros)
· Prize to the best poster (400 euros)
· Prize to the second best poster (200 euros)
1) The awards will be given to young researchers (Bachelors and PhD). The Organizing Committee (CO) considers that young researchers are those Bachelor graduates who obtained their degree less than three years ago. For PhD graduates this term is extended to five years.
2)In order to qualify for one of the prizes, the authors will have to communicate it (by email to yolanda.pico@uv.es) indicating the title of the communication and the authors
3)The jury will be composed by members of the scientific committee. Information from experts on specific topics may be requested if needed.
4) All papers submitted for award qualification, either in oral communications or posters, will have to be in English.
5) The candidates to prices for oral communications will have to send one written summary of their presentation to the Chairwoman of the organizing committee (5 DIN-A4 pages of text in addition to figures and tables), before July 15, 2010 (by e-mail and in pdf format; yolanda.pico@uv.es)."

SPRINGER AWARDS |
| |
Springer supply the ISC2010 conference with 3 Poster Awards to
younger scientists (up to 35 years of age), for an excellent
presentation of innovative research. The Award will entitle the
winner to a free selection of books published by Springer up to a
value of 200 Euro. |
